1. A judge ordered a psychological exam for the woman accused of killing a pregnant friend and cutting the fetus from her womb. Tiffany Hall appeared at an arraignment hearing through video conference from the St. Clair County Jail where she is held on a five-million-dollar bond.
2. The Marine Corps says three marines from Camp Pendleton will face court martial on murder charges in the shooting death of an Iraqi man. The commanding general in the case says he will not seek the death penalty.
3. The ban on liquids and gels in your carry-on bag is no longer. You can now carry them on if they are bought in secure areas of an airport. Travel-size toiletries are also OK if they are in a clear plastic bag.
4. Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey launched her own radio channel "Oprah and Friends" on XM Satellite Radio. The station will feature shows hosted by Oprah and other popular stars from her show. It will broadcast 24 hours a day.
