1. The head of Saddam Hussein's family has reportedly retrieved his body from Baghdad. The delegation including a provincial governor negotiated with US and Iraqi officials to be able to bury the executed dictator tomorrow near his hometown.
2. Many Arabs are overjoyed at the news of Saddam Hussein's execution. They are dancing, singing and chanting in the streets. The area is home to one of the nation's largest concentrations of people with roots in the Middle East, many who fled their homeland during the rule of Saddam.
3. Former President Ford's body is now in Washington. He arrived Saturday evening for a state funeral and public viewing. Ford will be buried next week in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
4. Thousands packed in Augusta, Georgia arena to pay their respects to the late singer James Brown. Michael Jackson's arrival at the event sparked a roar from the crowd. He told the crowd that Brown was his greatest inspiration and he had never seen a performer move like James Brown.
