3. Foreign firefighters and aircraft have joined in the battle against the blazes spreading through Greece. The inferno has killed 64 people in just five days. Meanwhile, local firefighters are facing a deluge of criticism for being disorganized and late.

4. Two Massachusetts fathers have created a bulletproof backpack. The bags feature a ballistic panel inside, helping protect students during a school shooting. The backpack sells for 175 dollars.
