My dad didn't have a very good voice. But he loved to sing rock 'n' roll songs from his teenage years- the late 1950s. He wuold sing when he was relaxing, shaving or cuttng the grass. Onece, on a family vacation,m he started singing a funy song n the midddle of a mountain stream. We all started laughing and joined in the fun.

My dad has been the pastor of a large church for over30years. Many people have a lot of respect for him because of his ability to preach. But that hasn't made him proud. Instead, every time I visit his church, he asks me to help him improve his talk. His attitude toward learning has helped make my bad successful and effective.
