Airline Advocates Blame Speculators for Oil Price Surge

The price of oil hit another new record Friday - $147 a barrel. U.S. airlines are lightening their loads by cutting back on luxuries that weigh down airplanes. Meanwhile, the U.S. Congress is considering proposed laws that some say would help stabilize the price of oil. VOA's Carolyn Presutti reports.
